Roles and Responsibilities · Providing daily patient care, monitoring, and charting in EHR for esketamine program.· Responsible for ordering medication through various pharmacies and communicating shipment schedules. Including logging and proper inventory.· Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients and maintaining authorizations for active patients.· Maintaining compliance with REMS, DEA, Med log audits etc.· Providing Spravato consults to potential patients as needed.· Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions· Office administrative tasks include but are not limited to answering phones, sending scheduling reminders, maintaining office inventory, and communicating patient scheduling with in-houseproviders.
Qualifications· Certified Medical Assistant, Medication Technician, or Nursing Assistant with experience working with authorizations preferred.· Previous experience in mental health or in a medical setting.· Medical Insurance experience preferred.· Basic Life Support Certification.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Benefits· Competitive salary and benefits package.· Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge healthcare technology environment.· Professional development opportunities and training.· Collaborative and supportive work culture.· Impactful role contributing to the enhancement of patient care and healthcare processes.
