Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments for new and established patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Obtain and complete insurance information
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Update patient records as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
- Competitive hourly rates: $18.33-$30.01 per hour
