Patient Services Specialist for Pulmonary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to join our Pulmonary clinic team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for new and established patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Obtain and complete insurance information
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Update patient records as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of medical front office experience
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and providers
