Job Description

A client in the integrated AV systems industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their technology leader. This role requires onsite presence Monday-Friday in Pearl River, NY. The Admin will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the technology group, including coordinating with technicians, setting up training sessions, gathering/distributing materials, handling administrative tasks in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc. and supporting the CTO with ad-hoc administrative requests. The ideal candidate will be energetic, have a pleasant personality and a professional demeanor, strong ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently to deliver accurate and timely work.
