About the Role

The Strategic Account Manager role works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We’re dedicated to making our customers successful, and the Account Management team drives that success daily. Account Managers work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewal, and customer satisfaction. You will focus on finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision makers.


What you’ll do


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.


Account Growth and Retention

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.


Product Expertise and Advocacy

  • Maintain deep knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Provide clients with training, support, and insights on how to effectively use our solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Participate in the development of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and customer success initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in quota carrying account management or sales roles. Real Estate or PropTech experience preferable but not a must
  • Strong understanding of the current Real Estate landscape and market trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proven track record managing and growing client accounts whilst achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
