As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers maximize the value they receive from our products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client portfolios.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide clients with training, support, and insights on how to effectively use our solutions to achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in quota carrying account management or sales roles.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proven track record managing and growing client accounts while achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
