The Role

The Director, Business Process Management leads efforts in support of development and ongoing management leadership routines and business operations to reinforce a successful culture, and coordinate portfolio management processes to align priorities across the brokerage businesses. This role will collaborate with key partners including brokerage group leaders, their strategy leads, Finance – as well as leaders across business units.



The Value You Deliver

  • Support critical business routines including overall structure and design of leadership meetings to ensure alignment with guiding principles, effective use of time, and clear and efficient decision-making.
  • Plan, organize and effectively run executive meetings including staff meetings, operating reviews, off-sites.
  • Work across brokerage leaders and respective strategy and planning leads to identify critical decisions, key dependencies, risks, challenges, and other notable topics to elevate to senior leader forums and accelerate progress and remove roadblocks.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, in partnership with Finance, connecting strategy to ongoing execution of the plan and progress toward goals.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline of priority items that needs SLT transparency
  • Partner with other BUs on management and collaboration of cross BU work
  • Partner with BU Communications to cascade vision and strategy.
  • Support broader strategy responsibilities of the Strategy and Planning team.
  • Organize and handle brokerage senior team library, leadership materials, and core knowledge management for efficient distribution and ongoing access.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships across multiple areas.


The Expertise and Skills You Have

  • 5-8\u002B years of proven experience in a strategy and planning or similar role
  • MBA degree or equivalent preferred (or similar experience)
  • Ability to influence all levels of an organization.
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key business partners
  • Highly organized and with a consistent track record to prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills: the ability to develop and present information and actively engage an audience.
  • Attention to detail and superior organization and coordination skills to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with proven ability to deliver results through others.
  • Innovative, forward-thinker who quickly understands the context, and effectively challenges the status quo and drive tough decisions
  • Executive interpersonal skills and ability to craft compelling, executive level presentations

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
