Role Description

The ideal candidate for the RMHCC Director of Operations role will have Hospitality and Hotel Experience. They will strive with their operations team to enhance guest satisfaction with an emphasis on comfort and communication. Handling the positive and the negative with diplomacy and efficiency.

They will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the 26 room House which will include supervising operations staff, contractors as well as managing inventory, housekeeping and maintenance through facilities.

They will possess exceptional leadership skills be able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and have excellent organizational and communication skills to enable the smooth running of hospitality business operation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within hospitality and business management 3 years or more.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple staff, and contractors
  • Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and project management skills with an attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Tools
