Position:
Full-time, Temp to Hire
Work Hours:
- Monday: 8am - 6pm
- Tuesday: 10am - 7pm
- Wednesday: 9am - 6pm
- Thursday: 9am - 6pm
- Friday (vary): 8am - 2pm; 8am -5pm or OFF
- Saturday: 2 out of every month 8am - 2pm
Pay Rate: $21-24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Organize office layout and order stationary and equipment. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease. Ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Manage office budget; ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Update and maintain office policies. Organize office operations and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Plan in-house or off-site events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years+ office management and administrative experience.
- Proficiency MS Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize workload while meeting multiple requests and deadlines in a consistent and timely manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
