Job Description – Quality Assurance Associate (non-technical)

CONCORDIS is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate for a 12+ month contract position. This is a hybrid role with client offices located in Bellevue, WA. As a Quality Assurance Associate you will have the opportunity to work within an organization that is a subsidiary of a company based in Japan & is one of the most popular children’s entertainment properties in the world


Summary

Work as part of the quality team to ensure that quality and brand standards are being met across a wide breadth of products.


What you’ll do

  • Act as a resource to the product development team around quality control of product samples
  • Ensure that finalized product samples meet quality and brand standards prior to moving into production.
  • Work with external suppliers and vendors throughout the production process to ensure products match the quality of approved samples.
  • Learn and understand brand standards for an everchanging and growing product assortment
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal cross functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external partners including suppliers and vendors.
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

What you’ll bring

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Available to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Experience working in manufacturing and / or product development preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly contract rate range $35 - $41 DOE
