Position Overview – Quality Assurance Specialist

CONCORDIS is in search of a Quality Assurance Specialist for a contract role. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with client offices situated in Bellevue, WA. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will engage with a prominent organization that is a subsidiary of a globally recognized company known for its beloved children's entertainment.

Role Summary

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality and brand standards across a diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for the product development team regarding quality oversight of product samples.
  • Verify that finalized product samples align with quality and brand standards before proceeding to production.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors throughout the production cycle to ensure products meet the quality of approved samples.
  • Acquire knowledge of brand standards for a dynamic and evolving product lineup.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Build and sustain effective partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to learn and apply brand standards for a varied and changing product range.
  • Strong commitment to quality with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting business requirements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and focus on detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Bellevue, WA.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or product development is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly contract rate range $35 - $41 DOE
