Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Tester to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background, including 5+ years of software testing or a similar experience, with a deep understanding of the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
  • Test Script Execution and Debugging: Skilled in the execution of test scripts and debugging of issues, with the ability to identify and report defects in a timely manner.
  • Software Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with common software testing frameworks and the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and solve complex issues across services and multiple network nodes.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of software testing experience or a similar experience in a related field.
