Your Role:
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Ensure that all products meet the quality standards set by our customers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Develop and promote best practices focused on defect prevention within a collaborative team environment.
- Provide training and support to shop floor associates regarding quality assurance processes.
This full-time position is integral to our Quality team and reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and relevant experience totaling five years.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior quality engineering role, ideally within a metals manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
