Our Director of Sales will impact of our future success and lead and develop our Sales team to perform at the top of their game. Our Director of Sales Summary Our Director of Sales role is ideal for someone that is incentive-driven, with a passion for building relationships and delivering results. If you are a self-motivated individual contributor and a dedicated and attentive leader, we want to speak with you. Functioning as an individual contributor most of the time in this role, people leadership will be your second priority.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and market presence.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.


Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7-9 sales professionals, fostering a high performance culture.

• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.


Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Oversee the development of tailored sales proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.


Sales Operations and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.


Market and Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.


Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
