Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Highland Group, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the software as a service (SaaS) industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
