We are recruiting for a Quality Engineer to insure that manufactured products meet quality standards.


Specifically, this position will:

  • Lead problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action for non-compliance
  • Frequently communicate internally and externally regarding quality issues
  • Evaluate and resolve technical and quality related issues
  • Assist with new product introduction including supporting and managing prototype and sample approvals
  • Promote the use of standard techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke and MSA
  • Determine and collect relevant data for product and process improvements to track line performance and appropriately escalate issues.

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP & Control Plan, FMEA, SPC/ MSA Problem Solving 8D, A3; Root Cause and be knowledgeable of Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Availability to acquire good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
  • Some travel may be required
  • 5+ years in Project Quality Experience/Quality Assurance
  • Experience in manufacturing operations and in a customer-facing role
  • ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor
  • Supervisory experience
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt


This position offers a salary of $90-130K with a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision, disability, and life insurance; 401K match; PTO (17 days) and 11 Paid Holidays
