Trillium Staffing is seeking a skilled construction laborer to join our team for a project in the Delevan area. As a construction laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of pre-engineered buildings, working at heights, and performing various tasks as assigned by the project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the construction of pre-engineered buildings, including steel erection and other tasks as assigned
  • Work at heights, using proper safety equipment and following safety protocols
  • Perform various tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment
  • Operate hand tools and equipment, such as power tools and lifts
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
