We are looking for a HUNTER - someone focused on NEW business development selling professional services/ tech consulting NOT a solution/ software product

 

This is a full-time role for a IT Sales Executive at E-Strategy International Naperville, IL / Dallas, TX offices. As an IT Sales Executive, your understanding of broad business processes and your depth of technical understanding of IT Services makes you a perfect candidate to understand customer business processes, identify their problem areas and help solve those problems using E-Strategy’s service offerings.


Qualifications


  • Must have 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling either professional services or tech consulting (must be SERVICE not product/software)
  • Must be focused on Business growth
  • Strong experience in selling IT services to C-suite
  • TRUE Hunter mentality – This role is perfect for a hunter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to push the boundaries of traditional IT sales.
  • Track record of success by achieving sales quotas and excelling in a competitive market environment.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry/networking events and work to acquire new accounts
  • Hungry for success, tenacious in goal achievement, resilient to rejection, and positive in the face of overcoming challenges. Sales can be daunting sometimes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular performance reports to senior management.
  • You should be well versed with Account Base Marketing – Identifying Target Accounts, Understanding Decision-Makers and Influencers, Creating Personalized Content and Campaigns, Multi-channel Engagement, Measurement and Optimization
  • Present E-Strategy offerings to potential clients as it aligns to their needs. Conduct initial presentations, as well as follow-ups.
  • Send detailed follow-up emails recapping meetings, overviewing our solution, and describing actionable next steps.
  • Working knowledge of the sales cycle and Buyer's Journey specific to IT decision-makers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with a passion for driving business in a challenging and rewarding environment
