OUR PROJECTS
We are a small and nimble team, specializing in building repositioning and adaptive reuse projects ranging from $2-15MM in value. Depending on the project size, project managers are responsible for multiple concurrent projects. They are expected to maintain an on-site presence to motivate and drive a collaborative site team of 3-4 direct reports consisting of a Superintendent, Foreman, and Project Engineer.

- Client Relationship Management
- Project Team + Subcontractor Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a commercial construction project manager with a minimum of five+ years of experience
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Experience working with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite software
PREFERENCES
- Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field
- Professional designations (PMP, CMIT, OSHA, etc.)
