OUR PROJECTS
As a compact and agile team, we specialize in repositioning and adaptive reuse projects valued between $2 million and $30 million. Superintendents are expected to maintain a strong on-site presence to inspire and lead a collaborative field team.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Superintendent oversees all field operations for both self-performed and subcontracted work, as well as logistical aspects of the project. This role involves coordinating and managing Reaume Richardson's field staff and subcontractors from project inception to completion. The Superintendent serves as a key leader on-site, ensuring accountability for quality, safety, and adherence to the construction schedule. This position requires a professional representation of Reaume Richardson's field operations, acting as the primary liaison with owners and design teams.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in jobsite management.
- Experience working in occupied buildings and during night shifts.
- Ability to foresee the entire project and identify constructability challenges, integrating solutions into construction plans and schedules.
- A general understanding and hands-on experience with various construction trades.
Preferences:
- Safety Trained Supervisor Certification.
- Carpenters Superintendent-in-Training Certification.
- Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
