A premier, international law firm is currently looking to onboard a Real Estate Special Counsel in New York. This firms Real Estate practice advances deal-critical guidance on complex transactions in regional and national markets across the U.S. The team is headed by four Chambers-ranked partners and the world’s leading real estate investors and lenders trust them to understand the markets and their business objectives.
The role will have a primary focus on real estate support for the firms M&A, Project Finance, Credit and related practices.
Experience:
The desired candidate should have;
- At least five years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Should present strong client skills and bring a team-orientated and problem-solving mindset.
- Be a member and in good standing of the New York Bar.
