Role Overview:
In the capacity of Senior Real Estate Counsel, you will be instrumental in overseeing and executing complex real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include managing high-stakes deals, intricate structuring, and strategic legal planning, while offering comprehensive legal advice to clients across diverse real estate sectors. This role demands a profound understanding of real estate law, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated history of successfully navigating complex transactions with accuracy and skill.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in complex real estate transactions, with a preference for expertise in high-value deals and sophisticated transaction structures.
