Front Desk
• Answer/transfer all incoming calls
• Mail Distribution
• Direct/Greet visitors/clients to appropriate location
• Order Office supplies/inventory for both buildings
• Mail packages, accept packages, deliveries
• Upkeep of the lobby
Accounting
• Submit invoices in Accounting software for material, follow up with rejected invoices, invoices with no job/Purchase Order issues
•Support AP/AR team
Human Resources
• Assist with onboarding employees and communicating with Field Operations Supervisor
• Setting up employees in PEO, Drug screening/background check request, I9
• Filing folder and any personal information for employees
• Project Management Assistance
