Office Manager

The Office Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and department. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and managerial skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing budgets, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, including providing guidance on administrative procedures and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other duties as required, including special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and managerial skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of construction industry software and systems a plus.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience with Unifier, Procore, and Vista Viewpoint Systems.
This role operates in a professional office environment, with regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
