Qualifications of the Marketing Director:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the construction or a related industry.
  • Strategic and Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and industry-specific software.
