Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with a growing organization that is looking for a UKG Implementation Specialist to join their team As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented UKG Implementation Specialist to join the team and play a crucial role in the successful deployment of UKG systems across their client base. The UKG Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of UKG solutions for their clients. This role requires a deep understanding of UKG systems, preferably with UKG Ready. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, perform testing, and ensure a smooth transition to live operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of UKG system implementations, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective UKG system solutions.
  • Configure UKG systems to align with client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on UKG best practices, system capabilities, and potential customizations.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Deliver training to client teams on UKG system usage, functionality, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and support staff, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG products, industry trends, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG system implementations, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready.
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing successful UKG implementations from start to finish.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • UKG certifications (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions) are highly desirable.
