Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success


  • Manage the recruit, select, hire and onboard activities that allows us to attract and hire quality candidates that align with the company’s mission and core beliefs.
  • Develop creative job postings in-line with global standards and company branding
  • Expand relationships that allow us to meet our D&I (diversity and inclusion) goals and objectives.
  • Develop formal processes for interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Guide manager through decision making process while acting in the capacity of a business partner.
  • Execute activities within the company's Affirmative Action Plan.
  • Develop and execute pre-employment activities that promote our brand while staying connected to candidates.
  • Recommend and implement ideas that are impactful, i.e. creating video content with the creative team for recruiting purpose, employer branding, etc.
  • Potentially participate in global People and Culture teams relating to employer branding and employer of choice projects.


Skills & Experience:

  • Three plus years working experience as a talent acquisition specialist BA/BS in business, human resources, psychology preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on applicant tracking experience.
  • Knowledge of candidates' selection methods.
  • Impactful presentation style.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
