The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Manager, Time Tracking and WFM Systems to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Manager of Time Tracking and WFM Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's workforce management systems, including time tracking and scheduling. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $129400 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient, compliant, and accurate payroll processing and workforce scheduling within UKG and Workday by working across multiple systems
  • Conduct operational reviews with leadership to assess system performance, develop solutions, and provide analysis, presentations, and recommendations for improvement
  • Partner across the organization to develop and implement solutions that enhance production and user experience, addressing gaps in capabilities and implementing process improvements
  • Ensure data integrity using effective audit tools and practices, maintaining documentation and training resources, and supporting all timekeeping rules and scheduling functions for advanced forecasting within the UKG Dimensions platform
  • Oversee the Workforce Management team, manage internal and external partnerships, and assist other departments in developing strategies, establishing objectives, and making best practice decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, workforce administration, human resources, information technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-state high volume payroll, workforce management, or HRIS systems.
  • Three to five years using UKG required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a previous leadership role required.
  • CPP or FPC certification strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of union contracts is preferred.
  • Six Sigma Certified preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS required.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our corporate headquarters in Buffalo, NY
