Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Takes the lead on list building and cleaning processes within the CRM.
  • Qualify, clean, track, and follow up on inbound leads through phone calls and other methods.
  • Assist in updating and managing company social media accounts.
  • Aid in the production and dissemination of both online and offline prospecting campaigns.
  • Manage the production and distribution of the company’s newsletter and drip campaigns.
  • Organize, implement, manage, and report on various marketing campaigns and systems to ensure expected results.
  • Maintain and build the company’s database and CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the performance of marketing activities and investments.
  • Prepare and manage pre-meeting materials, ensuring readiness of “Shock-And-Awe” boxes.
  • Manage inventory of promotional items such as pens, swag, Life Savers, packaging, etc.
  • Create and update best practices/procedures documentation in IT Glue.
  • Act as an influencer to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Promote the company through various channels and methods.
  • Engage in networking activities to build relationships and opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in community events to boost company presence and foster community involvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years in marketing, including CRM management, social media, and campaign production.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms; email marketing and basic graphic design a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; outgoing and persuasive.
