Key Responsibilities:


Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Assist in executing in email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, template management, and schedule coordinating (Possibly help with landing pages eventually too).
  • Analyze and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other media platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and making data-driven suggestions and adjustments to improve effectiveness and deliverability.
  • Monitor KOL activities, including social media posts, and assist in KOL communications to ensure Medit’s KOL program is effective in elevating our brand across the Americas.
  • Coordinate social media and graphic visuals with design team for website updates and other channels as needed.


Event Logistics & Support

  • Coordinate transportation/transit scheduling, accommodation bookings, catering, and internal/external attendee management.
  • Assist in event promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • 10% Travel - usually to key events.


Education & Training

  • Monitor and manage scheduling of training orders, requests, and escalations.
  • Manage training event space – which include tidying and setting up, preparing swag bags, catering, and any other tasks with ensuring the room is always ready for training or demonstrations.
  • Coordinate equipment shipments for programs for Medit or partners.
  • On-site support for educational programs hosted at company HQ that will sometimes require weekend hours.


Other administrative marketing tasks as needed

  • Maintain marketing and educational calendars to ensure all functions are aware of important events
  • Track marketing and educational expenses against a yearly budget


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event coordination
  • Experience in email marketing platforms, ad management tools (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and CRM systems
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SEO, graphic design, or content marketing is a plus
