Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Market Segmentation:
- Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior.
- Develop tailored marketing messages and campaigns for different market segments.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer insights to refine segmentation strategies.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess competitive landscape.
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather actionable insights.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement tools and resources.
- Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and customer personas.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.
- Measure and analyze the success of events to ensure ROI and improve future event strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, market segmentation, market research, sales enablement, and event management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
