  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  1. Market Segmentation:
  • Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior.
  • Develop tailored marketing messages and campaigns for different market segments.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and customer insights to refine segmentation strategies.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess competitive landscape.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather actionable insights.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
  1. Sales Enablement:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement tools and resources.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and customer personas.
  1. Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, market segmentation, market research, sales enablement, and event management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
