Position Title: Program Manager, Loyalty Management

Summary


Rockwoods is looking for a strategic program manager to lead a new member loyalty management program. Loyalty program is an initiative designed to enhance member engagement and drive revenue growth across various products. The person in this role will help lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s member loyalty program. This role involves working cross-functionally to ensure the program and multiple projects within the program stay aligned, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large programs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead multiple projects effectively. This person will also act as the glue across different lines of business as it relates to this program.


This is a hybrid / on-site role to be performed in Tysons, VA and requires the candidate to be in the office 3 days a week.


Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive loyalty management program aligned with business goals
  • Understand the organization’s strategy and vision, and drive and track goals and priorities
  • Provide strategic program leadership and drive program alignment in a matrixed, highly complex regulated environment
  • Drive development of the program roadmap, establish milestones, and implement metrics to track progress
  • Responsible for identifying critical issues and risks, proactively managing project opportunities/ issues/ risks, including timely communication to senior leadership with escalations as needed
  • Ensure the initiative is delivered on time within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing effective organizational change
  • Communicate program requirements across the organization, to both internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the loyalty program with broader company objectives
  • Act as a liaison between various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective program execution
  • Establish and drive regular meetings with teams
  • Align program goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that all initiative's chip into overall success of the program

Basic Qualifications

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in leading cross functional programs and/or projects preferably in financial industry
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and change requests
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, conflict management, and negotiation skills
  • Work with cross functional teams and influencing others to work toward common goal
  • Organized, motivated, team-player, intellectually curious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Managed big projects from beginning to end, with accountability for program execution



Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
