The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and flexibility in managing multiple priorities within the HR department.

Focus:

  • Provide executive support to the Vice President of Human Resources, including managing confidential information, phone and email communications, vendor management, and creation of presentations.
  • Assist in human resources projects, particularly focusing on employee engagement activities and recruitment support such as managing pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Exercise discretion in all interactions while managing multiple priorities and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information and manage HR files and paperwork.
  • Organize meetings, video conferences, and travel arrangements, including expense reports.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and other communications for leadership.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding activities and coordinate orientation schedules.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by scheduling interviews, processing background checks, and assessments.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and take initiative.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
