Project Manager - Civil


Our client is a recognized civil engineering firm dedicated to partnering with communities to find sustainable and effective solutions for a wide range of challenges. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.


This role requires managing projects from start to finish, ensuring profitability, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client communication, coordination with consultants, and driving company growth, all while adeptly handling multiple project responsibilities and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.

Focus:

  • Oversee project design, budget, and schedule to ensure project success.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control for all assigned projects.
  • Handle client invoicing and maintain profitable project margins.
  • Foster new and existing client relationships, assisting in business development.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and architects for project completion.
  • Participate in hiring and training processes for design staff.
  • Lead and coordinate engineering design efforts.
  • Manage client relationships and consultant coordination effectively.



Skill Set:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD software.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to varying workloads.
