Job Overview

Terrascape Consulting LLC is a leading provider of Civil Engineering, Entitlement, Survey, and Landscape Architecture services. We are seeking a skilled Engineering Intern or Professional Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project experience to contribute to our dynamic team. This role will focus on the design and permitting processes for diverse land development initiatives, including residential, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Producing preliminary and final engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Assisting in feasibility studies, planning, permitting processes, entitlements, and design engineering.
  • Preparing comprehensive construction plans, including grading, drainage, water, sewer, and paving plans.
  • Conducting technical research and investigations to support project development.
  • Reviewing project survey data to assess existing site conditions and relevant factors for development.
  • Providing construction-related services, including permit applications and quantity estimates.
  • Coordinating with Plan Reviewers to resolve plan issues.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • EIT Certification is required; PE registration is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of municipal codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
