Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing Services, the Sr. Director Clinical Operations is responsible for programmatic & strategic responsibilities across several clinical areas (ICU, IMCU & Emergency Department) including interdisciplinary collaboration internally and or externally, financial, quality, and patient experience responsibilities.

Responsible for supporting, mentoring and coaching nurse managers and other nurse leaders.

Ensures shared governance and the foundation of the Magnet standards are enculturated throughout.

Qualifications:

RN license with a Masters degree

Clinical leadership experience within CCU/ICU and/or ER
