We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading our outpatient orthopedic clinic and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Clinic Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including front office and clinical operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure the clinic is meeting its goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention.
- Patient Care: Review patient medical history, diagnose patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and family members about the recovery process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Connecticut.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics with prior management experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills, with a desire to be part of a team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.
