Clinical Operations Manager

The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is a leading provider of cancer care services, dedicated to delivering highly specialized, value-based cancer care in the community setting. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive operational excellence and meet organizational goals.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback to ensure high performance.
- Design and implement protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and other care staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget, including payroll and financial planning.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help team members meet professional goals.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- 4+ years of prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- 4+ years of proven success in leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
- Customer service orientation and ability to liaise with patients, their families, and other care providers.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed.
- Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk.
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
