Responsibilities of Operations Coordinator:

  • Build/manage relationships with both internal/external clients
  • Manage multiples projects and their varying deadlines
  • Collaborate with the team to research and identify campaign audiences
  • Heavy data entry, sales order processing, invoicing, billing, and transaction reporting
  • Help to maintain and update operating systems
  • Work within Microsoft Excel
  • Organize files and update information
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks that help the team effectively


Requirements for Operations Coordinator:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree
  • A self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy
  • Ability to take initiative and seek assignments when needed
  • Completed or close to completing Bachelor's degree
  • Well-developed technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
