Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the success of our

products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales,

and external partners, to create and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business

objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to

launch, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, innovation, and customer

satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on product initiatives.
  • Product Specifications: Write detailed and clear product specifications that guide the development process and ensure the final product meets market needs.
  • Product Performance Management: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize product outcomes.
  • Innovation Roadmap: Develop and manage an innovation roadmap that outlines the future direction of our products, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of new projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with product goals and successful delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital services, engineering project management, and revenue optimization.
  • Technical Background: Proven experience in managing engineering projects and working closely with technical teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute a strategic product roadmap, balancing innovation with market needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
