  • Assist Portfolio Managers with:

Building and nurturing positive relationships with residents, vendors, property owners, and colleagues.

Coordinating schedules for property showings, inspections, maintenance, lease renewals, and move-outs.

Conducting on-site tasks, including setting up lockboxes and performing exterior property inspections.

Utilizing effective communication methods such as phone calls, texts, and emails.

Traveling to various properties to fulfill these responsibilities (approximately 20 hours/week).

  • Additional Duties:

Engaging in ongoing education to maintain an active real estate license.

Creating marketing materials and utilizing various platforms to generate leads.

Responding to leads, conducting property showings, and gathering feedback for the property manager.

Collaborating with team members and different departments to complete tasks efficiently.

Participating in daily check-ins with the Portfolio Manager to discuss daily objectives.

Using property management software to update information and generate reports.

What We Offer:
  • Base Salary: $44,000 - $50,000/year
  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Annual stipend for expenses
  • Total Compensation: $58,800 - $66,000
