If so, this is the job for you Our company is seeking a leader for our sales, customer success, marketing, and graphic design departments. This role is a player-coach role where the right candidate will own company-wide revenue generation including their own sales and team leadership.
Deliverables
- Drive revenue growth through personal and team sales efforts
- Lead and manage the sales team, graphic design team, and remote sales team
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Generate leads through coordinated marketing efforts (online advertising, trade shows, email)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Drive market penetration and market development initiatives
- Launch go-to-market sales efforts for new products
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales, customer success, and graphic design teams providing coaching and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Own and drive trade show marketing efforts driving high ROI and attributable revenue impact
- Manage and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years building sales teams, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales tools and platforms. Experience with HubSpot, Shopify, and AirCall are a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work full-time in our Englewood, CO office (this is not a remote or hybrid position). We do not consider applicants living outside of the Denver area
- Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings one to two times per quarter

Compensation: On Target Earnings of $120,000
