Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

DirectDefense is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to drive sales efficiency and growth. As a key member of our team, you will lead sales analysis, manage key projects, and optimize CRM systems to ensure effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the sales analysis team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and performance.
  • Analyze and evaluate sales data, trends, and performance to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Lead the administration and optimization of CRM systems and other sales tools to support efficient sales execution.
  • Develop and implement sales reporting and analytics to support sales planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance metrics and establish data-driven strategies.
  • Manage sales-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research and statistical studies to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Plan, organize, and deliver training on systems and tools for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to perform effectively.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support the overall sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to evaluate sales metrics and data.
  • Experience managing teams and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to sales leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and financial modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $111,100 - $159,300 per year.
  • Annual bonus up to 10%.
