Sales Account Manager

This is a full-time position for a Sales Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as generating new accounts.


Qualifications:

  • 0 - 3 years experience in high volume of cold calls a day and developing new accounts.
  • 0 - 3 years experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Prior experience in sales and account management in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 per year (W2)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Monthly Bonus
