An expanding company is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to oversee the delivery of all creative assets from conception to completion. This role involves supporting an in-house Creative Team and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely releases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a natural problem solver, and capable of multitasking efficiently under pressure while meeting fast turnarounds. Strong communication skills, mental agility, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creative deliverables throughout all stages, both internal and external (customer accounts & factory) using a project management tool
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, scope of work, and communication documents; monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
  • Create detailed Creative Briefs for all new project deliverables, including both copy and design, ensuring all necessary information and assets are organized before project initiation
  • Communicate with overseas teams and factories at each production step to prevent risks and delays, maintaining promised timelines
  • Final proof all creative deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand standards, and fulfillment of account requests
  • Collaborate with the sales team to discuss new opportunities and provide timeline insights
  • Stay informed on industry and market trends to offer insights in sales meetings and provide well-informed feedback on creative work
  • Schedule and conduct team meetings to review new project briefings, delegate tasks, and monitor progress on ongoing projects
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and e-commerce teams
  • Contract and manage both external and internal freelancers
  • Collaborate with other project managers to prioritize weekly workflow and allocate resources effectively


Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven account/project management experience
  • Experience overseeing creative execution and workflow for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Preferred background in the health & beauty CPG industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Adobe programs (especially Adobe Illustrator) is a significant advantage
  • Experience managing workflows with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Airtable, Click Up, etc.)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong understanding of targeted audiences and demographics to develop new products for a diverse clientele
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team player with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
