Job Description:

Manages and tracks progress of a single project/release across all phases, engage with project stakeholder and managers to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Document the project charter and define a plan to achieve the business objectives with input from Product Manager, Product Owners, Systems leads, and stakeholders.
  • Complete Impact Assessments on projects to ensure stakeholders are identified.
  • Ensure project covers SDLC required tasks including compliance reviews, test planning, release planning.
  • Accountable for the Business Test strategy and Test plan
  • Support BAs with documentation and related approvals
  • Manage the budget at the project level. Ensure accurate reporting of budget estimates / actuals hours.
  • Create and maintain project plan and timeline through all phases.
  • Manage RAID, update project status, ensure resources are allocated to execute, escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate production turnover and implementation activities with Systems PM, ICS, and stakeholders
  • Run weekly project meetings with all stakeholders, produce and maintain project status reporting/dashboards.


Skills required:

  • Agile, kanban or scrum experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Qtest desired.
  • Intellectually curious
  • Proactively manage projects independently
  • 10+ years of total experience and 5+ years of project management experience
  • Financial services / data management experience is a nice to have.


Education & Experience:


Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years work experience
