What You Bring:
Proven experience as an HR guru, preferably in the nonprofit realm.
A knack for helping individuals facing employment challenges.
A rebel's knowledge of HR best practices and their positive impact on diverse groups.
Killer communication skills and the ability to build relationships that last.
Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Familiarity with employment laws is a bonus.
Expectations:
The individual in this role can provide flexible support as their schedule allows, however at a minimum the Director’s of the organization will meet for one hour every two weeks to discuss the direction of projects. It would be beneficial for the organization, if the individual in this role, could provide a few hours of critical thinking and support to applicable projects which are impacted by this department.
Organizational Structure:
The Circle of Creative Operations has eight different departments which will work collaboratively to bring to life projects which will better the World. Each of the Director’s responsible for these eight departments holds equal stake in the organization. There is no vertical chain of command but instead a horizontal connection of peers resulting in a growing circle of members with equal stake.
