As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and optimizing procurement processes. • You will report directly to our Sr Director, Strategic Sourcing and you'll work out of either our Tempe or Phoenix AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.
• In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations, driving cost savings and ensuring the availability of high-quality goods and services.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• YOU MUST HAVE
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or finance.
