Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Document Imaging Processor for an opportunity with a client located in Urbandale, IA.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing incoming mail, checks, or other documents, scanning, indexing, and properly storing documents for either short- or long-term retention
  • Cross training on other tasks and functions within the department
  • Organizing and completing daily work to meet service level agreements and team projects
  • Follow department policies, procedures, training, and best practices for use within the imaging environment

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent plus 2+ years related experience
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
  • Proficient typing skills - 45 CWPM and 10 key experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures and verbal instruction required
  • Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people in a team atmosphere, as well as independently
  • May be required to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • May be required to work overtime/additional hours due to business need
  • Position requires successful completion of a criminal and credit history check
