Daily duties:
Will assist with prepping mail according to multiple business units, ability to identify various criteria, ability to use multiple scanning machines/applications, operating different tasks throughout the day based on business need
The primary functions of this position include preparation of incoming mail or other documents, scanning, processing check deposits, rudimentary indexing, and properly storing documents for either long or short term retention.
Must be proficient keyboarding, 10- key experience, and be able to use Excel and Microsoft Office products.
We are looking for individuals who have strong data entry skills and office clerical knowledge. Must be able to multi-task, be dependable (good attendance), check handling experience (not cashiering, but depositing techniques applying checks to accounts), scanning documents for capture (not using a copier, but rather desktop and Opex equipment as such), and indexing digital images (strong typing and 10-key skills) attention to detail a must.
Position will be expected to organize and complete daily work goals and team project work. This position will ensure that all imaged documents adhere to CSD imaging/indexing quality standards.
The Document Imaging Processor will follow departmental policies and procedures, training and best practices for use within the imaging environment
The team is looking for individuals who have strong data entry skills.
The responsibilities for this role include check handling, scanning documents, lifting/handling items (30-50 pounds).
They will open this mail, scan it, and enter data into the computer. Working on digitizing all incoming mail.
Strong communications skills are required. There will be very minimal phone work; mostly email communication. May make phone call to other business units
Must have the ability to work independently. This is close team environment but want them to be self-motivated.
Daily responsibilities include:
Preparing incoming mail, checks, or other documents, scanning, indexing, and properly storing documents for either short- or long-term retention.
Cross training on other tasks and functions within the department.
Organizing and completing daily work to meet service level agreements and team projects.
Follow department policies, procedures, training, and best practices for use within the imaging environment.
