We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager with a background in Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) to join their team. This role is pivotal in developing and expanding our distribution network nationally.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the distribution network for VFD products.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key distribution partners and potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Team Leadership and Development:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture through regular performance reviews and goal setting.


Business Development:


  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for VFD products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.


Distribution Management:


  • Oversee the development and management of the distribution network.
  • Ensure effective and efficient distribution of products to meet customer demand.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and key clients.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a national sales management role, preferably within the VFD or related industry.
  • Strong background in developing and managing distribution networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
